1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship products across India. For international orders, please contact our support team before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
- Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email or WhatsApp (if opted).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below the minimum order value or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas may take longer depending on courier availability.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
6. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email/SMS/WhatsApp. For any tracking assistance, contact our customer support.
7. Delays in Shipping
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Natural calamities
- Public holidays
- Unexpected logistics issues We will do our best to inform you in case of any delay.
8. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details.
- In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned or delayed.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select locations.
- Maximum order value for COD: ₹5,000
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
10. Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest.
11. Return to Origin (RTO)
If a package is undelivered and returned to us:
- We will contact you to reship it.
- Reshipping charges may apply.
